Ç Go back
My wife accepted Christ at an outdoor crusade while I was saved when a Baptist pastor came to my home to visit my mother. Since our salvation and marriage, we have both been faithfully serving the Lord.
I want to be full time in the minsitry but do not have adequate funds. Our monthly budget is about $70 but that is an amount too difficult for my church members to pay so I also do some small farming jobls about one day a week.
Part of my time is spent training other men for the minsitry and so far there are three men pastoring whom I trained. I have also started two churches, both in the West Pokot region of Kenya. There live the people of the Kikuyu, Pokot, Turkana and Luhya tribes. I speak three languages, English, Luhya and Kiswahili. So far I have led more than 1000 souls to Christ and baptized more than 350 of them.
My family lives in a small house made of mud walls with a dirt floor that has a tin roof. The house has two rooms. The bathroom is outside seperate from the house.
We are poor, but we are happy in our family life and filled with joy to be able to serve the Lord. Your support will be a great blessing to us and help our ministry to grow behond our dreams.
